Girl's Guide Recap: FreshJess & Moksha Come Together for Blender

Last weekend I got the opportunity to witness Seattle's own girl about town, Jess Estrada in her hosting debut as the guest host of Blender, a customer appreciation/tweetup event organized by Moksha on the Ave.

I was particularly excited for this event considering that Fresh Jess is a dear friend of mine and that she speaks so highly of Moksha, the U-District boutique.

The night was equipped with spectacular beats by the very talented INTROCUT, beer & wine, dancing, and fabulously affordable clothing.

This was only the second time I've paid a visit to Moksha, though I am quickly becoming a fan. My favorite aspect of the edgy boutique is its unique clothing and ability to appeal to a multitude of various styles. Despite its funkier merchandise, every type of fashion enthusiast can appreciate the styles, from the rockers to the plane janes (like myself).

On a budget? Don't fret. Moksha is the ultimate recessionista destination with few, if any, products being over $100 + an unbeatable $10 bin.

Nearly as important as the style and pricing are the people behind Moksha. Unfortuately never got the chance to meet Aleph, the owner, but the Karleena and Elvia, two women behind Moksha, are simply amazing! These women are so kind and hospitable; you can't get better boutique service!

Definitely recommend checking it out!

Very special thanks to @jessestrada and @Mokshaontheave for putting together such an incredible event!

Have you been to Moksha? What do you think?!
